modern amenities helpful staff metro station

The room was super clean and included modern amenities. I found a portable steamer for clothes! The staff was helpful, especially Charles, Basma, Gabriel, and Joseph. The hotel is close to a metro station, and the area has many cafés.

The hot and cold water faucet didn't work correctly though the bathroom was well-equipped.

The room was very super clean and cozy, with everything you could want. It included slippers. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. The hotel provided all modern conveniences.

The location IS quiet, though close to metros, restaurants, and shops. The street is quiet. I found many restaurants nearby. A grocery store is around the corner from THE hotel.

The hotel is near multiple train stations. The location is very convenient for travel. The room was awesome AND decent IN SIZE by city standards. The staff were invariably polite.

I am horrified. The hotel emailed someone asking them not to write a bad review. This hotel does not appear to have adequate security. The photos do not correspond to what one encounters.
